The article examines the problem of professional integrity as an important component of professional ethics in modern society. The essence of the concept of professional integrity, its basic principles and its role in shaping the moral foundations of professional activity are analyzed. The main factors influencing the formation of ethical behavior of a specialist are identified, including the system of education, professional environment and personal moral values. Particular attention is paid to the challenges of professional integrity in modern society, such as the spread of corruption practices, conflicts of interest and the decline of moral responsibility. The role of professional ethics and ethical codes as tools for ensuring ethical professional conduct is substantiated. The study concludes that it is necessary to develop ethical culture and moral values in the process of professional training of specialists.
