Summary

In the article the author considers methodological approaches to structuring analytical thinking and forming substantiated conclusions in the decision-making system using SCQA models and  Minto pyramid. The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the quality of managerial and legal decisions in the context of information complexity, increasing data volumes and increased requirements for the evidence and transparency of analytical conclusions. The main problem is the lack of a systematic approach to the formation of logical argumentation, which leads to the risks of subjectification of decisions and information asymmetry. In the article the author analyzes the theoretical foundations of analytical conclusion, the logic of argumentation and the principles of evidence, systematicity and economic feasibility in the process of preparing analytical materials. The SCQA model is considered as a tool for forming a problem field, which provides a structured approach to defining the situation, identifying complications, formulating key questions and generalized answers. The principle of Minto pyramid is studied, which allows organizing arguments according to a hierarchical principle, from the general key idea to supporting arguments and examples, increasing the logic and persuasiveness of the presentation. The author establishes that the integration of SCQA and  Minto pyramid allow combining the formulation of the problem with a systematic and structured justification of decisions, increasing the efficiency of analytical work in scientific, managerial and legal practice. The author emphasizes practical significance of models for improving the quality of managerial decisions, reducing the risks of information asymmetry and subjectification of conclusions, as well as the need to create institutional prerequisites for the implementation of structured analytics. The conclusions of the article can be used to optimize analytical work in scientific research, public administration and legal practice, contributing to increasing the evidentiality and systematicity of decision-making.

Key words: SCQA, Minto pyramid, analytical thinking, structuring of conclusions, management decisions, evidentiality, legal analytics, problem field, logic of argumentation, structured analytics.
