Summary

The purpose of the article is to analyze and theoretically substantiate the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of academic culture in higher education applicants during the martial law regime.

The research methodology is based on a systematic approach to studying the connections between phenomena and processes of the functioning of the academic environment, comparing and generalizing related concepts and phenomena, as well as empirically studying practical aspects of the formation of academic culture (questionnaires, surveys, interviews to identify existing problems in the training of future specialists and determining the most optimal conditions for the formation of academic culture).

Results obtained. The analysis of the specified problem contributed to the preparation of methodological recommendations and a program for the formation of academic culture.

The practical value is that the results of the study can be used to develop recommendations for improving the policy of academic integrity of higher education institutions and approaches to the formation of academic culture in applicants.
