The article is devoted to the justification of the features of the development of creative abilities of postgraduate students in the conditions of dual education and the determination of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effectiveness of this process.
The creative abilities of aspirants are considered as a set of individual psychological qualities that provide the ability to create new ideas, original solutions, and a non-standard approach to performing professional tasks.
The author draws attention to the fact that during the training process, graduate students acquire the skills to deeply analyze problem situations and choose the most effective ways to solve them, which is important in the context of modern changes in the scientific field.
The features of the development of creative abilities of students in dual education include: research orientation of creative (educational and scientific) activities (performance of research, experimental and innovative tasks in a real professional environment, which stimulates the production of new ideas and scientific approaches); analytical nature of creative activity (deep scientific analysis of the choice of methodology, research methods, interpretation of results and formation of the author’s scientific position); formation of academic responsibility (independent adoption of scientific decisions, responsibility for their scientific novelty and practical significance); integration of scientific, educational and professional activities (combining postgraduate training with practical activities); individualization of the scientific and educational trajectory (taking into account the topic of dissertation research, professional experience and scientific interests of the postgraduate).
The following pedagogical conditions for the development of creative abilities of students in dual education have been identified: a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical training, which contributes to their conscious use in the process of professional activity; application of active and interactive pedagogical technologies aimed at developing creative thinking of students; providing pedagogical guidance (support) from teachers and scientists in the field, which consists in systematic support of postgraduate students, providing consultations and professional recommendations; formation of reflective skills that allow each postgraduate student to realize their own creative potential and the results of professional activity.
Key words: development of creative abilities, dual education, postgraduate students, educational process, students, creative thinking, interactive methods, pedagogical conditions.
