THE SPECIFICS OF COACHING TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION IN FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF THE CIVIL DEFENSE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

The purpose of the article is to analyze and theoretically substantiate the effectiveness of future specialists of the civil defense service professional education using coaching technology in the system of higher education institutions with special conditions, taking into account the challenges of martial law.
The research methodology is based on a systematic approach to studying the connections between coaching phenomena and processes, comparing and generalizing related concepts and phenomena, as well as empirically studying the practical aspects of applying coaching technology to future specialists of the civil defense service (questionnaire to identify existing problems in professional education of specialists, survey to determine the effectiveness of the application of coaching technology and conversation to identify the advantages and disadvantages of coaching), pedagogical experiment (implementation of coaching technology in the process of future specialists of civil defense service professional education).
Results obtained. Theoretical analysis of the specified problem allowed us to identify significant potential for the application of coaching technology in professional education. The technological nature of coaching is manifested in achieving sustainable indicators of the educational activities of future specialists of the civil defense service optimization, as well as the results of their training.
The practical value of the study lies in practical testing of training technology in professional education of the specialists. The conceptual nature of coaching technology is based on the belief in the significant potential of the individual, value of his/her abilities and talents, the identification and disclosure of which improves the quality of a person’s life. Coaching helps the applicants to identify additional opportunities focused on a specific situation, to draw up his/her own most optimal plan of action and take responsibility for its implementation.
